If you have never used PayPal before - don't worry! We suggest that you sign up and/or be
a PayPal member so that you can place your order. Payments are made quickly and securely. You should select the product(s) that interests you and just click the "Buy or Buy Now" button and then you will simply be asked for your credit card and/or your PayPal login along with your shipping information.
Please rest assured that when you place an order through PayPal, no one is able to view your credit card or bank information - not even The Media Heaven. All we are able to see is your shipping information and the item(s) that you have ordered. |

1. Delivery Information
The Media Heaven will notify you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. This notice will give you a general idea of when your order will arrive. In the event that your shipment is significantly delayed, you are advised to contact us via email at contact@themediaheaven.com.
Please be sure to provide us with your invoice number. The Media Heaven will investigate the status of the order and contact you via email immediately.
2. How is my package being sent?
All orders are usually shipped by Registered Mail/Package. This means that the package is traceable and can be tracked. Once the package is picked up by the post office, it is possible to track the package with the tracking number provided by the post office. The tracking number helps you to keep a close watch on the status of your package once it has left our premises.
3. Notices you will receive by email.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive 3 notices via email. The 1st notice will be from PayPal acknowledging that your payment has been sent to The Media Heaven. The 2nd notice will be from The Media Heaven acknowledging the receipt of your order and providing you a copy of your detailed invoice.
In the event that you do not receive the above notices, please be advised that your order may not have been registered and processed into our system.
Once your payment has been cleared, you will receive a 3rd notice from our shipping department within 2-3 business days advising you that your order has been shipped and that you can expect the package to arrive within 7 to 14 business days. At The Media Heaven, we value each and every customer and we will do our best to ensure your purchase with us goes smoothly.
4. How long does it take for the package to arrive?
Once you have received the shipment notice, please allow 7-14 business days for the package to arrive at your mailing address. Please make sure that you have entered the correct address in your PayPal information. An incorrect mailing address may lead to extensive delays and/or the package will be sent back to The Media Heaven. *You will have to pay the shipping charge in order for us to send the package out again.
5. How do I change my mailing address because I have moved, the address provided by PayPal is incorrect, or I want to send a gift to someone?
If you have a change of address, you must notify us immediately at contact@themediaheaven.com with the subject line: address change, prior to receiving the shipping confirmation email. Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, we cannot make the change afterwards. The Media Heaven will not be held responsible for undeliverable items if the change of address is requested after the confirmation email has been sent out.
6. Something is wrong with my order, what do I do?
If the item(s) is defective, it will be repaired or replaced within 14 days of shipment. Item(s) returned to us are subject to inspection. The buyer will assume all shipping charges.
In the event that you have received the wrong item(s) and/or missing item(s), please contact us via email at contact@themediaheaven.com immediately.
7. What happens if I change my mind regarding my order?
If you have not received or you have already received a notice of confirmation email from The Media Heaven, you can still change your order by notifying us immediately at contact@themediaheaven.com. Please be specific on the changes using the item reference numbers. Once we have received your changes, we will send you a confirmation. Please keep in mind that the total value of good(s) must be at least equal to your first order. The Media Heaven will request for the difference to be paid by you through PayPal. *The shipment will not be sent until the difference has been fully paid by you.
While The Media Heaven strives to accommodate our each and every customer, we cannot guarantee that all changes will be adjusted accordingly, but we will do our very best.
8. Does The Media Heaven do refunds/exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds and/or exchanges on our products.
9. Will I have to pay custom duties for my package?
Due to the many regulations concerning duties for each country, The Media Heaven will not be responsible for any custom duties.
